On Individual Campaign Page (Where You Send or Schedule)

-Change title/date of the campaign

-Check your audience

-"From" name should be West End Your Ministry; for example, West End Women's Ministry 

-"From” email address should be info@westendcc.org 

-Preview text should be the date you are sending the email: September 8

-Use Capitalize My Title for Email for your subject line

-Change campaign the URL at the bottom (should match subject line, minus articles)

Inside the Campaign Editor

-Logo should be your ministry logo: Navy blue mark with a divider line underneath

-Check content for clarity and consistency with Grammarly

-If you paste in verbiage from an outside source, like a website or word-processing program, use either the Paste as plain-text or Paste from Rich Text Editor to prevent extra styling code from being added. If you’ve already pasted your text, use the Clear Styles tool to remove excess code before you style it in Mailchimp.

-Body word count should be <50

-Remove the “view in browser” blue bar at the top

-Make sure you always click “save & close” in each section, after each change

-Check that images are linked to either your ministry webpage or the event webpage

-Body font should be DM Sans, 15 or 16pt

-Headline font should be Gilda Display 25pt
