For westendcc.org: we have the ability to make some content changes, but not all. In some cases, your request may not be possible or may require the Communications Team to submit a ticket with Luum.

For uprisenashville.org: we can make updates directly.

When submitting a website request, please include the following:

-URL of the webpage you would like updated

-if more than 50 words of verbiage, the old verbiage and the new verbiage on an attached document

FAQs

Can I submit a bunch of dates for my recurring event for the website calendar in one request?

Yes, you can. You do need to have all of the registration forms for each event in your ticket, if applicable.

My event is canceled or the details changed. Should I still submit a CommReq to change this?

Yes, submitting a CommReq is the fastest way to request work from the Communications Team.

Can I add a form to the website?
Yes, please include the link to the form in your CommReq and make sure the form is “shared to all.”

I don’t like my ministry webpage layout. Can I change this?

No, ministry webpage layouts are dictated by the WordPress template. We cannot change this. However, we can change images and verbiage. Please set up a consult/meeting with us.

I’d like the images on my ministry page changed. Can I send you photos?

Yes, but they must meet our photography standards to be added to the website.

Can you update my title on the staff page?

Yes. Please submit a CommReq with your correct title.

I really don’t like my headshot on the staff page. Can you change it?

Yes, we periodically schedule a photographer for headshots so submit a CommReq and we will notify you when the next headshot date is.

Yes, all linked documents need to be in a PDF format and include the date it was created as a footnote.
